Sascha Cutura

Sascha Cutura is a serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker and fractional chief AI officer specializing in AI, data and process transformation. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, Cutura works directly with executive teams, senior leaders and boards to identify where AI, data and process optimization create the highest commercial impact. He emphasizes execution over theory, helping organizations redesign how they operate, make decisions and scale.

Cutura's career spans startups, small and midsize enterprises, global corporations and public sector organizations. He has worked with clients such as DHL, SWISS and Deutsche Bank, as well as international bodies including the U.N. World Food Programme.

He is the founder of several AI and automation businesses, including convedo, mws+, milia.io and the London School of AI, Automation and Technology, or LSAAT, and serves as a fractional chief AI officer and AI advisor to boards. Cutura embeds within organizations to connect AI strategy with tangible delivery, leading AI and automation discovery sessions, defining AI roadmaps, aligning data foundations and redesigning critical business processes to unlock value at scale.
