Sarah Centrella has spent the past 15+ years helping people transform their lives, their mindset, and their future. What started in 2009 with her blog, Thoughts.Stories.Life., grew into a global body of work rooted in one mission: to lead by example, share her story honestly, and teach practical tools that create real, lasting results.
In 2017, as a single mom of three, Centrella took the biggest leap of her life. She left her corporate sales career to pursue coaching full-time — no safety net, no guarantees, just a deep belief that her methods could change lives. That leap turned into a career that has taken her around the world, onto major stages, and into boardrooms and living rooms alike.
Since then, Centrella has written multiple best-selling books -- including her latest, "Think It: How to Train Your Thinking to Get Everything You Want" due in January 2026; launched her corporate development company VIVIAMO; and coached thousands of people — from entrepreneurs and executives to professional athletes, celebrities, and everyday people who want more for their lives.
