Sarah Barnes-Humphrey is an entrepreneur, podcast host, and supply chain advocate with a career spanning more than two decades in logistics and supply chain management. Barnes-Humphrey has established a platform that merges her commitment to amplifying diverse voices with her expertise in industry storytelling.

Raised in a family of logistics entrepreneurs, supply chain was an integral part of Barnes-Humphrey's early life. After the family business dissolved, she rebuilt her career, demonstrating resilience and determination in the face of bankruptcy and uncertainty.

Barnes-Humphrey founded the "Let's Talk Supply Chain" brand, which includes a flagship podcast ranked among the top 1 percent of most downloaded podcasts globally. Through podcasts, live shows, and blogs, she delivers education and industry insights, focusing on people and thought leadership in a sector often defined by data and analytics. She also hosts "Women in Supply Chain," facilitating in-depth discussions and industry analysis.

Barnes-Humphrey created The Blended Pledge, a nonprofit initiative providing grants to address barriers to visual representation at industry events, supporting underrepresented voices in logistics and supply chain. Her entrepreneurial ventures include founding Shipz, a collaborative platform connecting forwarders and shippers. She contributes to Forbes Business Council, offering perspectives on business and supply chain trends.

Earlier in her career, Barnes-Humphrey served as a CIFFA Certified Instructor at the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association and as a board member at the Forum for International Trade Training.
