Santana Rodriguez is a television host, producer, fitness champion, and model with a career spanning entertainment and wellness. Rodriguez holds an associate degree in fashion merchandising and a bachelor of science degree in business administration, providing a foundation for her entrepreneurial approach within the fitness industry. She has also worked as a television and theater actress, gaining experience in front of the camera before focusing on her current roles.

While pursuing acting, Rodriguez entered the fitness competition circuit at the encouragement of a friend, placing third in her first contest and subsequently winning six competitions, including the national title of Miss Team USA Modelquest with the ABA Federation. These physique competitions emphasized tone, symmetry, and definition, establishing Rodriguez as a competitor in the fitness world. Her modeling career includes appearances on the covers of Bazaar, Maxim, Muscle & Fitness Hers, and FHM, as well as features in more than 40 magazine publications, including 14 covers.

Both of her parents faced serious health challenges—her mother with two types of cancer and her father with Type 2 diabetes, resulting in amputations and vision loss. The series, which she produces and hosts, focuses on fitness, dance exercise, and nutrition, offering high- and low-impact routines to accommodate various abilities.

"Shaping Up with Santana" airs on television, internet, and streaming platforms, including ROKU and Amazon Fire TV. The show has reached audiences worldwide, with over 14 million subscribers on a leading digital media player and 30 million subscribers on a major subscription TV service. The series has received recognition as an award-winning fitness program. In addition to her television work, Rodriguez conducts speaking engagements for youth, particularly teenage women, and volunteers with Big Brothers and Big Sisters Club of Los Angeles.
