Samuele Ramadori is Co-President and Executive Director of LawZero, a nonprofit founded by Professor Yoshua Bengio, one of the world’s most cited AI researchers. LawZero is committed to advancing research and developing technical solutions that enable safe-by-design AI systems.
Prior to joining LawZero, Ramadori was CEO of BrainBox AI, where he led a pioneering team applying cutting-edge AI to decarbonize the built environment, one of the world’s largest greenhouse gas–emitting sectors. In this role, he managed the company’s growth strategy, led fundraising efforts, and advocated for the transformative potential of AI to address critical climate challenges.
Earlier in his career, Ramadori spent 15 years in private equity investing, holding leadership roles with institutional asset managers and family offices. He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and dual Civil and Common Law degrees from the University of Ottawa.
