Ryan Kalil

Ryan Kalil is a film and television producer and former professional football player, primarily with the Carolina Panthers.

Kalil played 13 seasons in the National Football League, where he was a five-time Pro Bowl selection and two-time first-team All-Pro, and played in Super Bowl 50. In college at the University of Southern California, he was a member of two national championship teams, was named a first-team All-American, and won the 2006 Morris Trophy, an award given annually to the best offensive and defensive linemen in the conference.

Off the field, Kalil is co-founder with NBA player Blake Griffin of Mortal Media, a production company that produces a number of film and television projects at various studios, networks and streaming services such as Apple, Netflix, Comedy Central, Paramount, Fox and Disney. The company released a reboot of "White Men Can't Jump," debuted the sci-fi comedy "Hello Tomorrow!," and inked ​​a multiyear first-look deal with Sony for future projects.

Kalil and his wife, Natalie, started the Kalil Family Foundation, which works to greatly accelerate lupus research and improve life for people living with lupus. The foundation also supports pioneering solutions to end homelessness in the United States and abroad.
