Rush Doshi

Rush Doshi is an assistant professor of security studies at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and serves as the senior fellow for China and director of the Initiative on China Strategy at the Council on Foreign Relations. His professional journey took him to the White House National Security Council, where he served as Director and later Deputy Senior Director for China and Taiwan in the Biden administration from 2021 to March 2024. Doshi's affiliations extend to academia, being a Harvard University and Princeton University alumnus, contributing to his expertise in United States–Asia relations, particularly China–United States relations and Taiwan–United States relations.

Doshi's literary contributions are a testament to his understanding of complex geopolitical dynamics.
