Rosemary Farina

Rosemary Farina is the founder, president, and owner of Signature Staffing Inc., a boutique staffing agency based in Boston's business district. Farina holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Boston University. Prior to establishing her own firm, she served as executive vice president at Abbott Personnel Consulting, a woman-owned, SOMWBA-certified staffing company, where she developed client and candidate relationships through comprehensive interviews and site visits. During her tenure at Abbott Personnel, Farina also worked as a contract recruiter for KPMG LLP, collaborating directly with hiring managers.

Farina launched Signature Staffing Inc. with extensive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and business management. The agency provides job placement services for temporary, temporary-to-permanent, and permanent positions, serving businesses throughout New England, New York, Chicago, and other cities nationwide.
