Rosalind Eleazar

Rosalind Eleazar is an English stage and screen actress known for her work in British drama, television, and film. Eleazar trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and previously studied Chinese and Spanish at the University of Nottingham. Her early television roles include Christine in the BBC series "Rellik," Jacky Bast in "Howards End," and Kate in the ITV series "Deep Water," with additional appearances in "NW," "National Treasure," and "Harlots."

Eleazar made her feature film debut in Armando Iannucci's adaptation "The Personal History of David Copperfield," playing Agnes alongside a cast that included Dev Patel and Tilda Swinton. Her stage credits include performances in "The Starry Messenger" at Wyndham's Theatre, as Yelena in "Uncle Vanya" at the Harold Pinter Theatre, in "House of Bernarda Alba" at the National Theatre, and in "Plaques and Tangles" at the Royal Court. She received the Clarence Derwent Award for her performance in the West End production of Chekhov's "Uncle Vanya."

Eleazar portrayed MI5 agent Louisa Guy in the Emmy-nominated Apple TV+ spy thriller "Slow Horses," a role noted for its subtlety and restraint. In the series, she navigates high-stakes espionage and internal conflicts, contributing to the show's critical acclaim. Eleazar later took on a leading role in the Netflix miniseries "Missing You," starring as Detective Kat Donovan, an investigator driven by personal loss and commitment to police work. The series ranked among the most watched titles on Netflix in the United States during its premiere week.
