Roi Shternin is an international keynote speaker, patient experience strategist, founder, and author of seven books. A former paramedic a turned patient. ent experience, organizational culture, and what remains uniquely human when information becomes free.
Shternin spent nine years in emergency medicine before becoming the patient himself. After years bedridden and dismissed by 33 doctors, he diagnosed himself with POTS and rebuilt his life from severe limitation. That experience became the foundation of his work with healthcare professionals, pharma leaders, patient groups, universities, and executive teams across 27 countries.
Shternin has founded 15+ healthcare and patient-centered initiatives and has served as Patient in Residence, strategic advisor, faculty lecturer, and speaker for organizations including Boehringer Ingelheim, Takeda, IBM, Sheba Medical Center, HIMSS, and the Galien Forum. His awards include national social entrepreneurship and sustainability entrepreneurship honors.
