Robyn S. Joppy

Dr. Robyn S. Joppy is an international compliance and integrity expert recognized for her work in regulatory compliance, ethics, and corporate and social responsibility. Joppy has served as an international compliance officer, trainer, educator, consultant, and keynote speaker, drawing on experience in both corporate and nonprofit human service organizations. She held senior leadership roles in compliance and integrity for 25 years before transitioning to entrepreneurship.

As vice president of corporate compliance and integrity for an international social services organization, Joppy developed comprehensive systems for policies, procedures, and reporting, including the Compliance Gazette, a quarterly newsletter for more than 3,500 employees and senior executives. She earned a graduate certificate in healthcare compliance from George Washington University and co-authored "One Company's Perspective on Employee Education: E+E+E=E" for Compliance & Ethics Professional. Joppy has delivered more than 300 workshops and keynote presentations and holds a doctoral degree in leadership management from Drexel University. Her academic background also includes a master's degree in public administration and a graduate certificate in human resources development from Penn State, as well as a Bachelor of Science in marketing and speech communications from Syracuse University.

Joppy is the CEO of One Accord Consulting Firm, which assists organizations in developing and implementing compliance and integrity programs. She also leads Pearls Management, a business management and global event-planning company; Project-Cultivate Inc., a nonprofit organization serving girls worldwide; and International Shades of Beauty (ISOB), an international trade show focused on hair, beauty, fashion, and wellness. Her work has been featured in Shoutout Atlanta, OTC Beauty Magazine, and Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics Magazine. Joppy made history with ISOB as the largest virtual hair, beauty, fashion, and wellness trade show of its kind. She has appeared as a guest on several podcasts and hosts the weekly program "Sunday Live with Dr. Robyn."

Joppy is a bestselling author, known for the book "Integrity Matters Be Your Word! Building a Sustainable Compliance & Integrity Program That Works," and the e-book "Mirror Mirror: A Guide to Improving Body Image." Her writing explores the principles of compliance, the consequences of effective and ineffective implementation, and includes real-world case studies. Joppy is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and the Northeastern Educational Research Association. Her career spans corporate governance, global entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and public speaking, providing expertise in compliance education and training, human resource development, mentoring, coaching, and market research and analysis.
