Rob Shanahan

Rob Shanahan is an international keynote speaker, creator of The ICONS Blueprint™, and a trusted creative collaborator to many of the world's biggest music icons. Drawing from more than three decades behind the scenes with legendary performers including Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Christina Aguilera, Luke Bryan, Sammy Hagar, and hundreds of other world-class artists, Shanahan delivers powerful keynote experiences focused on leadership, communication, team alignment, high-performance culture, and performing under pressure.

In addition to his keynote work, Shanahan is an acclaimed photographer, author, entrepreneur, and professional drummer. His books, "VOLUME 1" and "VOLUME 2," feature forewords by Ringo Starr and Sheila E., with contributions from Charlie Watts and an epilogue by Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones. In 2024, both books were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Library & Archives. Shanahan is a member of the National Speakers Association, a YPO Certified Speaker, and was inducted into the Central High School Hall of Fame in his hometown of Norwood Young America, Minnesota.
