Rena Malik

Dr. Rena Malik is a board-certified urologist and pelvic surgeon with clinical expertise in sexual health, urogynecology, hormone management, and pelvic pain. Malik holds a fellowship in urogynecology and urogenital reconstruction and practices sexual medicine in Beverly Hills and Irvine, California. She earned her medical degree at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine, where she received the Samuel and May Rudin Scholarship for academic excellence. Malik completed her urology residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center, serving as chief resident in her final year, and pursued a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

Malik has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed publications, contributing to advancements in urology and sexual medicine. She serves as an online content editor for the Journal of Urology and Urology Practice. Her research has been recognized with grants and awards, including the American Urological Association Research Scholar Award, the Society of Women in Urology Research Award, and the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine and Urogenital Reconstruction Research Award.
