Reginald Reese, a U.S. Army Captain (Veteran), boasts a distinguished almost twelve-year tenure within the Military Police Regiment. He served as a transition team police advisor in Iraq, completing twenty-two combat missions crucial to the Global War on Terrorism. Reese's expertise as an Expert Criminal Intelligence Analyst facilitated national operations against high-profile criminals and terrorists, collaborating closely with Department of Justice agencies. His proficiency encompasses criminal investigations, counter-insurgency operations, and law enforcement, evident during his tenure as the Deputy Operations Officer in Charge in Honduras, where he provided security for high-profile individuals and third-country nationals from local gangs. His role as Camp Delta Commander in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, overseeing prison operations for over eight-hundred detainees linked to terrorism, underscores his leadership and operational acumen. Reese also played a pivotal role in training over one-hundred U.S. Navy personnel in preparation for the detainee mission in Cuba. Notably, he led the planning for the U.S. Military's exit strategy for the Iraq war. Reese's commitment saw him selected as a lead officer in developing emergency action plans for the 2013 Presidential Inauguration in Washington D.C., supporting the President of the United States. He has received numerous awards, including the Army Commendation Medal.

Transitioning from his military career, Reese pursued civilian endeavors with fervor. He appeared in independent films like "Four Color Eulogy" and "The Dark Knight Returns: An Epic Fan Film", both directed by Wyatt Weed. Later, he starred in the documentary "The Scarlet Line pt.1" (2018), produced by the non-profit Tigerlili Resources, dedicated to assisting sex-trafficked victims. Reese founded Lionheart Entertainment & Operations LLC (L.E.O. LLC) in 2021, spearheading documentary projects, comedies, and a superhero series in development. His screenplay comedy “My Grandpa Is A Gangster”, with his co-writers Noreen Taylor Diani, Joaquin Alejandro and Dominick Mancino, was nominated as the #2 Best Feature Script at the 1st Monthly Film Festival 2022 March edition. Reese published ""My Brother's Blood"" in 2010, the first installment of a trilogy series inspired by biblical events. Reese's commitment to service extends to his role as a bounty hunter from 2013 to present, recovering over 200 fugitives from justice in the past decade. His “Call to Action” has been most profound in his dedication leading operations in the rescue sex-trafficked individuals, a mission highlighted in "The Scarlet Line" documentary series. Reese embodies his dedication, combining his love for film, arts & entertainment with his fight against social injustices like sex trafficking, domestic violence, and child abduction. He has spoken on combating of sex trafficking at several venues to include Fort Leonard Wood, communities, churches and schools.
