Reggie Love

Reggie Love is an entrepreneur, leadership advisor, author, attorney, and former senior aide to President Barack Obama. Best known for serving as President Obama's personal aide—often referred to as his "body man"—Love spent more than five years at the center of one of the most historic presidencies in American history. His unique perspective on leadership, decision-making, teamwork, and service has made him a sought-after speaker and trusted advisor to executives, organizations, and emerging leaders.

A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Love attended Duke University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in political science while excelling as a standout linebacker on the Blue Devils football team. Following graduation, he joined Barack Obama's 2006 U.S. Senate office before becoming a key member of Obama's presidential campaign in 2007. During the campaign and throughout Obama's first term in the White House, Love managed the President's daily schedule, coordinated logistics, and served as one of his closest confidants, gaining firsthand insight into leadership under extraordinary pressure.

After leaving the White House, Love earned both a Juris Doctor and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania through its prestigious joint degree program at the Carey Law School and the Wharton School. He went on to build a career spanning law, finance, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership, advising organizations on strategy, culture, and leadership development.

Love is the co-founder and partner of RISE, a leadership and professional development company that helps organizations cultivate high-performing teams through coaching, training, and experiential learning.
