Raymond Arroyo

Raymond Arroyo is a journalist, producer, and bestselling author known for his work in broadcast journalism, faith-based media, and publishing. He serves as a Fox News contributor, co-host of Fox Nation's "Laura & Raymond," and editorial advisor for Fox's "The Ingraham Angle." As the founding news director, managing editor, and lead anchor for EWTN News, Arroyo appears in more than 350 million homes on six continents each week and is heard on more than 500 AM/FM affiliates and a dedicated Sirius channel throughout the United States. He established EWTN News and "The World Over Live," which he hosts from Washington, D.C.

Arroyo is recognized for conducting interviews with prominent figures, including Mel Gibson regarding the film "The Passion of the Christ," Mother Teresa of Calcutta, Placido Domingo, Presidents George W. Bush and Donald Trump, Jerry Lewis, and Pope Benedict XVI. He has anchored coverage of numerous live papal events, including the passing of Pope John Paul II and the election and international travels of Pope Benedict. Arroyo has also served as a CNN contributor and participated in coverage of the election of Pope Francis.

His journalism career includes work for Associated Press, The New York Observer, and the political columnist team of Evans and Novak. Arroyo is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied acting with Stella Adler, Bobby Lewis, Uta Hagen, and Beatrice Straight. He has acted and directed in New York and London.

In addition to his work at EWTN, Arroyo has appeared on "The Today Show," "Good Morning America," CNN Headline News, "Access Hollywood," "The O'Reilly Factor," "Erin Burnett OutFront," and the "Laura Ingraham Show." His writing has been featured in Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Newsweek, Time Magazine, and The New Yorker. Arroyo is producer and host of the PBS musical special "Christmastime in New Orleans" and producer of the audio bibles "The Word of Promise" and "The Truth and Life Audio Bible," as well as the CD and PBS special "The Birth of Christ."

Five of Arroyo's adult books, including his biography of Mother Angelica, have been New York Times bestsellers. He is the creator of the Will Wilder series for young readers, including "Will Wilder 3: The Amulet of Power." Arroyo founded Storyented.com, a literacy initiative connecting authors and readers.

Arroyo frequently appears as a keynote speaker at conferences and events focused on media, faith, and culture. He remains active in television, radio, and publishing, engaging audiences on issues of contemporary relevance in journalism and faith-based literature.
