Ramy Nassar

Ramy Nassar is a futurist, author, and thought leader specializing in artificial intelligence, strategic foresight, and business innovation. As the former head of innovation for Mattel, Nassar leveraged emerging technologies to reinvent the Barbie brand, including contributing to the production team for the movie "Barbie," which grossed $1.5 billion worldwide. During his tenure, he also served as head of retail innovation for Mattel, launching and leading the organization's first innovation lab. There, he and his team developed more than 15 AI-driven online and in-person retail experiences to support the growth of the Barbie and Hot Wheels brands.

With more than 25 years of experience, Nassar has advised over 250 organizations on transforming disruption into opportunity. He has led strategic foresight and planning initiatives with organizations such as TD Bank, Rio Tinto, Genome Canada, Interac, Apple, Air Canada, Facebook, New Balance, TELUS, CIBC, and the Federal Government of Canada.
