Raj Ganguly Biography
Raj Ganguly is a co-founder and co-CEO of B Capital. He is focused on connecting extraordinary entrepreneurs with the people, capital and support needed to drive exponential growth. In less than a decade and under Ganguly’s leadership, B Capital has grown into a global firm with 8 locations, 100+ employees and over $7B+ in assets under management.
Prior to founding B Capital, Ganguly was at Bain Capital, where he invested in technology-driven companies across the U.S. and Asia. He also served as the co-leader of the firm’s global technology initiative. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company, Diageo plc and Miradiant, one of the first internet payment startups, which was acquired by J.P. Morgan.
Ganguly earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, and summa cum laude honors as a BSE and BAS from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and School of Engineering and Applied Science, where he graduated from the Management & Technology Program as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar and Joseph Wharton Scholar.
