Rachel Moré-Oshodi

Rachel Moré-Oshodi is an executive in infrastructure finance and sustainable development, serving as managing director and CEO of ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investment Limited, West Africa’s private equity infrastructure fund. With more than 25 years of experience, Moré-Oshodi has mobilized capital for climate-smart, inclusive infrastructure projects across Africa, shaping over $7 billion in investments spanning energy, transport, and digital sectors. Her leadership has expanded access to critical infrastructure, supported local industry growth, and delivered long-term value in complex markets.

Moré-Oshodi’s career includes strategic roles at organizations such as AES Corporation, TotalEnergies, Rand Merchant Bank, International Finance Corporation, and Inter-American Development Bank. Her expertise covers project development, finance, investment structuring, and strategic advisory, supporting both public and private sector partnerships. Her appointment as CEO of ARM-Harith reflects her experience managing multi-country, multi-business platforms and her understanding of energy and infrastructure investment across Africa and internationally.

Moré-Oshodi is a speaker at global forums including the UN General Assembly’s Climate Week and World Economic Forum. She has been recognized by Forbes Africa as one of its 50 Most Powerful Women and by Fast Company as one of its Most Creative People in Business. Moré-Oshodi holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and executive education from Harvard Business School.
