Rachael Melot

Rachael Melot is a powerhouse speaker, author, and business development executive whose career spans entrepreneurship, economic development, and advocacy for women in leadership. With a voice that is both empowering and relatable, Melot has captivated audiences from New York to Las Vegas, including organizations such as National Grocers of America, Cherry Media, and Best of Preps. She inspires professionals and athletes—especially women—to define success on their own terms.

Melot’s leadership and advocacy have earned her national and international recognition. She is an alumna of the prestigious George W. Bush Institute’s Women’s Initiative Fellowship, a MizCEO honoree, and a Journal Record Woman of the Year finalist. She led efforts toward certification for Oklahoma’s first Blue Zones Project community and earned the Governor’s recognition for Shawnee as the No. 1 city in Oklahoma for women-owned businesses.

Her community involvement is deeply personal and wide-ranging. Melot volunteers with Shawnee Kiwanis, Worrell Haven Sober Living, Gateway to Prevention and Recovery, and the Child Advocacy Center of Central Oklahoma. She is also a devoted member of Life.Church.

Melot’s leadership style is informed by more than two decades as a women’s basketball official. After retiring her whistle in 2019, she stayed close to the game by serving as Oklahoma’s Courtside Administrator for the NBA.
