We are a recently formed company based in Liverpool UK.

Myself Karl Kirkpatrick  and my co director Gary Skyner are two very different personalities.I am a former Corporate bank manager working out of London who was a recent victim of the worldwide banking collapse. I am also a well known Rugby League Superleague referee and have taken charge of several televised major finals and internationals.

Having left school early with no meaningful qualifications my speech is about what and how you can achieve if you are mentally tough enough. I finished my banking career as an Associate Director having worked my way up using my formula for success.My target market is middle and junior management or graduates.I will use the direct English approach which includes some humourous stories to reinforce the message.

Gary Skyner is a Liverpool based stand up comedian making his way despite his dissability.

He is the second born victim of the worlds biggest medical disaster Thalidomide. This was a drug given to expectant mothers to cure morning sickness but was un tested in the UK and caused deformaties to the unborn child.

Gary has been involved in a very high profile campaign to fight for justice and successfully sued the third largest company in the world Diagio who supplied the drug for £154m. This money is in trust to support the 453 UK victims. He is now engaged in further negotiation with the UK government who approved the drug without sufficent testing.( The USA authorities declined the drug ) Gary was born without arms and only 4 fingers to each hand. His speech is all about conquering dissability and making good of your life despite setbacks.

We work togeather as a team doing half or full days with workshops included if required. We will cover flights within budget.
