Currently, he serves on the Advisory Board of Golf Brands Group, a marketing and digital strategy firm dedicated to growing golf-related businesses through branding, AI-powered growth marketing, and digital innovation.

Nicholson's professional journey includes prominent roles in the watch industry. He held the position of Vice President and Director of Communications at Rolex Watch USA, where he played a pivotal role in aligning the brand with elite golf events and junior golf programs. His efforts were instrumental in Rolex's sponsorship of major junior golf tournaments and the establishment of the AJGA's ACE Grant program, which provides financial assistance to junior golfers. Prior to his tenure at Rolex, Nicholson served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Citizen Watch of America, where he focused on integrating lifestyle branding with strategic marketing initiatives.

In the realm of golf philanthropy, Nicholson contributed significantly as the Director of the Metropolitan Golf Association (MGA) Foundation from 2015 to 2018.
