Peter High

Peter A. High is the founder and president of Metis Strategy, a management and strategy consulting firm he established in 2001. Through Metis Strategy, he has dedicated his career to advising senior business and technology leaders on digital transformation, organizational agility, and innovation. His work bridges the gap between business strategy and technology leadership, helping organizations adapt and thrive in an increasingly fast-paced digital environment.

High is also an accomplished author, having written three influential books on technology leadership and strategy. His first book, World Class IT: Why Businesses Succeed When IT Triumphs (2009), was recognized as one of the top IT-business books of the year. He followed this with Implementing World Class IT Strategy: How IT Can Drive Organizational Innovation (2014), which became an Amazon bestseller. His most recent work, Getting to Nimble: How to Transform Your Company into a Digital Leader (2021), focuses on how companies can develop the agility necessary to compete and lead in the digital age.
