Peter Fuda

Dr. Peter Fuda is an authority on leadership and business transformation whose work has influenced how organizations develop their leaders. For more than two decades, Fuda has served leaders, teams, and organizations worldwide as a consultant, coach, author, researcher, speaker, and professor of management.

Fuda and his team at The Alignment Partnership have contributed to numerous cases of business transformation and thousands of individual leadership transformations across 20 industries and 45 countries. In an environment where a majority of change efforts do not succeed, The Alignment Partnership has achieved a success rate exceeding 90 percent. Fuda has coached more than 500 CEOs to enhance leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.

Fuda is the first Australian published on transformation in Harvard Business Review. In a study of seven CEOs, Fuda and his co-author identified seven interdependent metaphors, later tested with more than 10,000 managers on four continents. This research formed the foundation of his international bestselling book, "Leadership Transformed: How Ordinary Managers Become Extraordinary Leaders," content from which he has taught in the MBA program at Macquarie Business School. His doctoral research is required reading at universities globally. Fuda holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, a master's degree in marketing and management, and a first class honors degree in history.

Fuda has also contributed to film and digital innovation. He is the executive producer of the documentary film "Beyond the Superhero," licensed to Qantas. He developed a digital system for leaders, teams, and organizations called Enixa, designed to make the science of transformation accessible. Fuda has completed numerous speaking engagements to audiences on four continents and is a regular commentator across print, TV, and radio media. His work combines academic research and practical experience, establishing him as a prominent voice in leadership, organizational change, and executive coaching.
