Pegine Echevarria

Pegine Echevarria is an American entrepreneur, author, motivational speaker, life coach, and CEO of the Team Pegine, Inc.

As a Leadership speaker, motivational speaker, and business speaker Echevarria is in the first Latina to be inducted into the Motivational Speaker Hall of Fame.

She is also a consultant, personal coach, and author who teaches business, relationship, and leadership for people in a diverse world. Echevarria speaks to leaders and business owners who want to have impact, influence and inspire others.

Pegine was honored at the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Conference by Macy’s and Minority Business Enterprise Magazine where she was named one of three 2016 Women Who ROCK IN BUSINESS, she was the cover story. Her company received the Department of Defense’s CPARs (Contractor Performance Assessment Reports) rating of EXCELLENT for contracts over a million dollars (extremely rare). Named by Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) the world's largest HR professional society, as one of 100 Global Thought Leaders on Diversity and Inclusion.
