Pedro Chavez Jr. is a keynote speaker, engineering executive, and U.S. Army veteran known for delivering powerful talks on leadership, adaptation, and resilience. With 20 years of experience leading electrification, defense, and mobility programs, Chavez brings a direct, no-excuses approach to every stage. His signature talks focus on how to lead through chaos, make clear decisions under pressure, and build teams that don’t break when things go wrong.
He is the Director of Engineering at FutureMotiv, fractional CTO for Precision Engineering, and CEO and Chairman of the Phoenix Foundation, a nonprofit supporting veterans through leadership training and emergency response. Chavez is also the founder of EER Supply and Chavez Customs, where he combined technical execution with entrepreneurial grit. He has worked with Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Navistar, and Oshkosh, leading programs from EV system design to high-stakes defense contracts. He is the author of "Life Engineered" and "Built to Hold: Three Strategy Method," with additional contributions to technical standards and publications.
