Paul Reilly

Paul Reilly is a professional speaker, sales trainer, and author with extensive experience in sales across competitive industries. With more than 15 years in professional sales, Reilly began his career selling propane for Ferrellgas, a price-sensitive and competitive market. He later sold tools and fasteners for Hilti, focusing on customers in the petrochemical and power generation sectors. During his time at Hilti, Reilly joined the Hilti Master's Club and was recognized with the Three Million Dollar Sales Club. He also sold medical gas equipment for Allied Healthcare Products, expanding distributor sales and re-entering the Canadian market.

Reilly is the author of "Selling Through Tough Times" and co-author of "Value-Added Selling," fourth edition. His work centers on helping sales professionals compete more profitably by focusing on value rather than price. As lead trainer and president of Tom Reilly Training, Reilly has contributed to the value-added selling approach through training, writing for trade magazines and online publications, and co-authoring "Value-Added Selling." He is recognized as an authority on value-added sales strategies and frequently contributes to industry publications.

Reilly collaborates with sales organizations facing challenges such as economic downturns, industry disruption, and competitive pressures.
