Patrick Reynolds

Patrick Reynolds is a former NASCAR pit crew professional who has transitioned into a career as a keynote speaker, emcee, and radio personality. His experience in professional motorsports includes building race cars and serving as an over-the-wall pit crew member at major speedways across the United States. Reynolds began his racing mechanic apprenticeship in the late 1980s and demonstrated a strong commitment to motorsports from an early age, prioritizing race nights over other activities.

After competing as a grassroots driver, Reynolds relocated to Mooresville, North Carolina, known as "Race City U.S.A.," to pursue a professional NASCAR career. Over seven seasons, he worked for multiple NASCAR teams in roles such as mechanic, fabricator, tire specialist, and pit crew member. He contributed to teams supporting drivers including Michael Waltrip, Kenny Wallace, Brian Vickers, and A.J. Allmendinger. His final position with Germain Racing and their Nationwide Series program with Mike Wallace concluded as the economic recession led to widespread downsizing in the Charlotte-area NASCAR community. Reynolds then shifted his focus to media and public speaking, leveraging his industry knowledge and communication skills.

A native of New England, Reynolds began his broadcast journalism career as the co-host of an auto racing talk show on North Carolina radio station WSIC. He has since hosted podcasts, radio shows, and served as an emcee for numerous events, drawing on his theater training and stage experience to engage audiences. Reynolds is also the author of "Don LaJoie: On and Off the Track," which explores stories from within the racing industry.

As a keynote speaker, Reynolds specializes in translating NASCAR teamwork and high-performance strategies into practical business lessons. He has served as an on-air host and emcee for concerts, festivals, and charitable events, including those for Habitat for Humanity and the Pinky Swear Foundation.
