
Patrick Mork is a Silicon Valley executive with a career spanning more than two decades in technology, branding, and marketing. Mork began his professional journey at PepsiCo, overseeing marketing operations for Chile and Paraguay and becoming one of the company's youngest marketing managers responsible for multiple markets. He later transitioned to the mobile technology sector, spending three years at GetJar, where he contributed to the company's growth from seven to 50 employees and helped achieve more than 2 billion downloads.
Mork joined Google to address significant branding challenges in the technology industry. At Google, he established the first marketing team for Play and contributed to the launch of products including "Google Play Movies & TV Shows," "Google Play Games," "Google Play Music," and "Google Play Books," as well as the Google Play brand. As part of the Play executive management team, he played a key role in expanding the business to several billion dollars in revenue following the rebranding from Android Market. Mork received the Platinum Award for Marketing Excellence twice and earned a Bronze Lion Award at the Cannes Festival for advertising. He later served as chief marketing officer at Singular, a mobile marketing analytics platform, furthering his expertise in digital marketing and analytics.
After his tenure at Google, Mork reevaluated his career path and pursued training at the Coach Training Institute in California. He began working with startup founders and executives, focusing on leadership development and career transformation. Mork founded LEAP, a leadership development company based in Chile, which has worked with more than 18,000 leaders. LEAP's clients include CEOs and founders of startups in Latin America and major corporations such as Falabella, Walmart, Scotiabank, Banco Bice, Banco Consorcio, Betterfly, and NEC. Mork was recognized as an HR Influencer in Latin America.
Mork is the author of "Step Back and LEAP," a book that combines personal memoir with practical exercises for personal and professional growth.
