Patrick Galvin

Patrick Galvin is a presenter, TEDx speaker, author, and coach. He is the co-founder and chief galvanizer of The Galvanizing Group, a learning and development company based in Portland, Oregon, that supports high-performance companies and teams in improving business outcomes through enhanced internal and external relationships. Drawing on business principles from the book series "The Connector’s Way" and "The Trusted Way," authored by Galvin, he provides audiences with practical strategies and tools to foster professional connections and business growth.

A professional speaker and past president of the Oregon Chapter of the National Speakers Association, Galvin has delivered keynote presentations, breakout sessions, workshops, and webinars for organizations across the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Europe. He holds an MBA in international marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. After completing his studies, Galvin worked for an industrial and agricultural equipment manufacturer, building a profitable sales network throughout Canada and South America. He later served as president of his family’s furniture stores, where sales increased significantly under his leadership.

Galvin graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and received a Rotary International Scholarship for postgraduate studies at the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Portland and has served in leadership roles on the club’s Charitable Trust Board, Travel Fellowship, and Membership Engagement Committees. Galvin has been a featured speaker at the Rotary International Convention in São Paulo, Brazil, and at TEDx McMinnville in Oregon.
