Patricia Arboleda is a certified executive and leadership coach, keynote speaker, Forbes Coaches Council thought leader, and the CEO and founder of Arboleda Coaching. A former Fortune 500 senior executive with more than 25 years of experience, Arboleda established Arboleda Coaching to address the gender gap in senior-level roles.

Drawing on extensive global experience leading multicultural teams, Arboleda specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, and career advancement, with a focus on supporting women in leadership. She works with leaders to enhance their leadership impact, develop effective habits, and navigate critical career transitions. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Arboleda provides consulting services to an international clientele, supporting organizational change and sustainable success.

Arboleda’s approach to coaching is informed by her own experience as a Latina navigating the corporate world. Over more than 25 years in corporate leadership, she supported multicultural teams while advancing to executive roles at a Fortune 500 company, gaining firsthand insight into the barriers facing Latinas and the challenges of work-life balance. Her journey led her to explore the causes of burnout among high-achieving women, identifying perfectionism as a key factor. This realization shaped her mission to help women define success on their own terms and develop the confidence to achieve it.

Arboleda elevates leadership performance through neuroscience-based coaching, building emotional intelligence, adaptability, and sustainable impact. Recognized for her expertise in neuroscience and mindfulness for leadership development and stress reduction, she integrates these techniques into her programs to help individuals improve decision-making, manage stress, and cultivate a balanced leadership style. Her keynote, "Why High-Achieving Women Plateau: The Leadership Skill You Must Master To Reach Your Next Level," based on her Forbes article, examines why many capable women encounter career plateaus and the internal shifts required to advance.

Arboleda’s perspectives have been featured in keynote addresses with multinational companies including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba Networks, Cisco, Banco Santander, ThermoFisher, and The Channel Company. She has coached leaders at all levels, including C-suite executives, senior managers, and emerging leaders, helping them develop leadership skills and build engaged teams. Arboleda holds advanced certifications in women’s leadership from Cornell University and strategic leadership from Columbia Business School. She also serves as country director for Women in Tech Spain and has been recognized with the Brainz 500 Global award by Brainz Magazine.
