Pat Wadors

Pat Wadors is recognized in the human resources and organizational culture field as the creator of the DIBs—Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging—framework. As senior vice president of global talent at LinkedIn, Wadors introduced the concept of belonging to the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) conversation, coining the term DIBs to reflect the integration of these principles. This framework contributed to increased employee engagement and improved recruitment and retention at LinkedIn, positioning the company as a leader in fostering a culture of belonging.

Wadors has held executive human resources roles at major technology companies, including serving as chief people officer and HR leader at UKG, Yahoo!, LinkedIn, ServiceNow, Plantronics Inc., and Procore Technologies. At ServiceNow, she oversaw global employee resources and talent, supporting the company’s growth from 5,000 to 12,000 employees and developing programs for employee and family support. Wadors is senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Intuitive, where she leads a global organization focused on all aspects of the employee experience.

A thought leader in HR, Wadors has published articles in Harvard Business Review and is a multiple recipient of the National Diversity Council's Top 50 Women in Technology Award. She developed a signature scorecard for cultivating agile and authentic leaders, providing a framework for individuals to align their values and achieve professional goals. Wadors is the author of the book "Unlock Your Leadership Story: How to Build Understanding and Motivate Teams Using Fables and Folktales," which explores lessons from global stories and their application to workplace and life challenges.
