Oscar Garcia

Oscar Garcia is the founder and chief empowerment officer of Aspira Consulting, a Silicon Valley training and consulting firm providing culturally relevant career and leadership programs. A first-generation professional, former English learner, and the son of immigrant parents, Garcia's lived experience navigating systems that did not reflect his reality forms the foundation of a leadership philosophy centered on opportunity, human potential, and upward mobility.

Garcia's career includes business development roles at five startups, co-founding a nonprofit, serving as chamber president and CEO, and working as community partnerships manager at LinkedIn. He has delivered more than 500 seminars and trained over 20,000 professionals across five continents. Garcia is known for his approach as a "practrainer," actively practicing what he teaches in leadership, career development, and workforce training.

He has been selected multiple times as a speaker for the U.S. Department of State's U.S. Speaker Program, engaging students, entrepreneurs, and leaders worldwide on leadership, entrepreneurship, and opportunity in the AI-driven economy. Garcia has empowered more than 65,000 students and professionals across 17 countries.
