Orxan Isayev

Orxan Isayev is an accomplished entrepreneur, global strategist and one of the leading voices shaping digital trade and cross-border e-commerce in the METAP and Eurasian regions. As vice president of WORLDEF, Turkey’s largest and the region’s fastest-growing digital commerce ecosystem, Isayev plays a central role in connecting the Middle East, Turkey, Central Asia and Europe through high-impact summits, B2B networks and multi-country ecosystem partnerships.

Isayev is the founder of ShopiVerse, an AI-enabled cross-border integration platform that enables retailers, manufacturers and exporters to sell globally with marketplace-driven digital trade models. ShopiVerse bridges sellers from Turkey, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia with platforms such as Amazon, Temu, TikTok Shop and Trendyol.

Before launching his own ventures, Isayev served in senior leadership roles at Bosch and Siemens, gaining deep experience in global supply chain, branding, strategic management and digital operations. Isayev later founded Tutyakala.com, which became an early e-commerce success story in Turkey and grew into a recognized marketplace brand.

At WORLDEF, Isayev’s broader work includes designing policy frameworks with ministries, advising government agencies on e-export transformation, building national training programs and delivering international keynote speeches. Isayev has trained thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), supported governments on digital economy strategies and helped global brands expand across emerging markets.
