Omar Apollo

Omar Apollo stepped into the music scene with the release of his debut album "Ivory" in 2022 which was met with positive reviews. The album made its mark on the Billboard 200 chart, with its standout track "Evergreen" making a debut on the Billboard Hot 100. The same year, Apollo set the stage ablaze at prominent music festivals such as Coachella, Something in the Water, and All Points East. His unique sound didn't go unnoticed as he garnered a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards.

In 2023, Apollo continued to make waves in the music industry by opening for SZA on her SOS Tour. His influence extended beyond music as he was named ambassador for the skincare brand Youth to the People and featured in the fall/winter 2023 men's campaign for fashion house Loewe. His contribution to music and culture was recognized when he received the Inspira Award at the 2023 Hispanic Heritage Awards. The same year, he graced the cover of issue 17 of Gayletter and was featured in Forbes magazine's 30 Under 30 Music list.

Apollo ventured into acting in 2024, making his debut in the Luca Guadagnino film "Queer". He released his second studio album "God Said No", recorded at London's Abbey Road Studios, further solidifying his standing in the music industry. Adding to his accolades, he won the International Artist of the Year at the GQ Australia Men of the Year Awards and received two Latin Grammy nominations for the song "Te olvidaste".
