Olivier Kohler

Olivier Kohler is an executive with more than four decades of global leadership experience in technology, operations, transformation, and large-scale business management. Kohler holds degrees in accounting, computer science, and business management from École Supérieure de Commerce in Switzerland.

Kohler's career includes senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, where he served as global head and general manager for the Enterprise Strategic Alliances organization and as senior vice president of Sales Operations. Over nearly 28 years at Hewlett-Packard, he held strategic sales, services, operations, technology, and finance positions in both the United States and Europe.

He later joined Cisco Systems as chief administrative officer and senior vice president, leading the company's digitization efforts and managing the Global Business Services unit. Kohler also served as chief operating officer for Bridgewater Associates, an investment management firm.

At TriNet, a provider of HR services listed on NYSE as TNET, Kohler was senior vice president and chief operations officer. In this role, he led the technology and customer experience organization and was responsible for delivering customer service to more than 16,000 clients and over 300,000 worksite employees.

Kohler was appointed chief executive officer of Questco, a professional employer organization and LightBay Capital portfolio company, after serving as executive chair and collaborating with the leadership team and board of directors on strategic direction and operational management. Throughout his career, Kohler has focused on business transformation, operational excellence, and technology-driven growth in the human resources and professional employer organization sectors.
