Dr. Norma Hollis is a Transformational Artist in Human Development, specializing in the integration of authenticity, leadership, and organizational culture. As the creator of the Authenticity Grid, Dr. Hollis brings a structured, practical approach to personal and professional transformation—supporting leaders, teams, and organizations in navigating change with clarity, integrity, and accountability. Her perspectives come from a background in family and child life sciences and as the first Black woman to own a speaker bureau for Black speakers.
