Noah Zandan

Noah Zandan is an entrepreneur, behavioral scientist, and technologist known as the CEO and co-founder of Quantified.ai. Zandan applies artificial intelligence and behavioral science to help individuals practice, receive feedback, and develop their communication skills. Under his leadership, Quantified has established itself as a firm that combines behavioral science, AI, and experiential learning technology to enhance impact, improve interactions, and foster human connection.

Quantified works globally with a diverse range of clients, including CEOs of Fortune 10 organizations, international leaders, TED speakers, and tens of thousands of future leaders such as college and graduate students, teachers, veterans, and scientists.

Before founding Quantified, Zandan specialized in quantitative analysis on Wall Street for Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and Brentwood Associates. This data-driven background laid the foundation for his work in communication science. Zandan uses data science to reveal hidden and often unconscious messages in communication, offering strategies for speakers to increase their impact. His research focuses on data-driven analysis of body language, verbal content, and audience influence, providing leaders with new approaches to building charisma and confidence. He is recognized as an expert in behavioral analytics and people science.

Zandan is also a public intellectual and communicator. He has delivered main-stage TED and TED-Ed talks with over 20 million views. In his TED-Ed lesson "The Language of Lying," he explores how liars unintentionally reveal themselves. Zandan has appeared on the main stage at TED, on NPR All Tech Considered, and at SXSW on the Intelligent Future. He is a contributor to Daily Beast and Bloomberg, analyzing the language of political debates, and is a Wall Street Journal expert on work communications. His work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, the Economist, Quartz, Huffington Post, ABC News, London Telegraph, and Fortune.

As an author, Zandan wrote "Insights into Influence," an anthology of thought leadership and science-backed insights from data and behavior experts, neuroscientists, and leaders about building professional influence. He lectures at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management on leadership communication, behavioral science, and AI. Zandan holds an economics degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Beyond his professional work, Zandan is the co-founder and executive director of the Rockway Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting education initiatives in Latin America. Zandan is recognized for his contributions to communication, influence, and leadership, integrating scientific rigor and entrepreneurial experience in the fields of AI, behavioral science, and leadership development.
