Nicole Lynn

Nicole Lynn is a sports agent and attorney recognized for her work in the professional sports industry. Lynn holds a bachelor's degree in business management and a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Oklahoma. She began her career as a financial analyst on Wall Street, obtaining FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 certifications. After receiving her Texas law license, Lynn passed the NFL Contract Advisor exam and practiced as a senior associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, representing major companies in complex civil litigation. She is a licensed attorney in Texas and was named to the National Bar Association's Top 40 Under 40 lawyers list.

Lynn became the first woman to serve as an agent at PlayersRep, an NFL firm, and later joined Young Money APAA Sports following its acquisition of PlayersRep. She signed her first client at age 26, establishing herself among the youngest women in the field. Lynn became the first Black woman sports agent to represent a top-three National Football League draft pick and only the second woman in history to solo represent an NFL first-rounder. She represented New York Jets defensive tackle Quinnen Williams as a top-three draft pick and later represented back-to-back top 10 NFL draft selections.

Lynn joined Klutch Sports Group as president of football operations and has represented NFL clients including Jalen Hurts, Myles Garrett, Quinnen Williams, Breece Hall, and Ed Ingram. She played a key role in negotiating a $255 million extension for Hurts with the Philadelphia Eagles, the largest deal completed by a female agent in the NFL. Lynn was also the first Black woman agent to represent a player in the Super Bowl and has secured multiple first-round clients in the NFL Draft.

Lynn has discussed the challenges of working in a male-dominated field, noting that less than 1 percent of certified NFL agents are women and even fewer are Black. She has been recognized by Sports Illustrated as one of the most powerful women in sports and featured in Glamour's Women of the Year series.

In addition to her work as an agent, Lynn is an author and media contributor. She published the autobiography "Agent You" and served as executive producer for a drama television series based on her life and career for Starz. Lynn represents more than 30 players and serves as president of Football Operations at Klutch Sports Group. She is also a public speaker, sharing her perspectives on leadership and professional excellence in the sports industry.
