Nicole Eagan

Nicole Eagan is a co-founder and strategic advisor at Darktrace, a global leader in artificial intelligence-powered cyber defense. Eagan was part of the founding team that established Darktrace in Cambridge, UK, with the goal of applying AI to cybersecurity challenges. During her tenure, she has held several senior executive roles, including CEO and chief strategy and AI officer, contributing to the company's growth into an enterprise that protects nearly 10,000 organizations from digital threats across cloud, email, network, and operational technology environments. In her current role as strategic advisor, Eagan oversees strategic customer relationships, advises on product innovation and strategy, and provides expertise in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technology.

Eagan's technology career spans more than 30 years, with leadership roles at major corporations such as Oracle and HP, as well as experience in early-stage startups and venture capital. Her expertise has influenced Darktrace's strategic direction and AI initiatives.
