Nichole Pitts

Nichole Pitts is a strategist, attorney, and advocate focused on helping organizations develop workplaces that are ethically sound and inclusive. With more than 15 years of experience in ethics and compliance, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Pitts has served as vice president of compliance and ethics for a major industry company. She has also guided a company through a three-year deferred prosecution agreement, demonstrating extensive legal and compliance expertise. Pitts holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and African American studies from Indiana University Bloomington and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she served as president of the Black Law Students Association.

Pitts founded Ethintegrity, a consulting firm that uses a culture-based approach to DEI and ethics and compliance. Ethintegrity serves clients such as UNOPS, Warner Music Group, Eurosport, United International Pictures, intergovernmental organizations, and companies recognized by Inc. Magazine. Pitts applies a culturally aware perspective to address the challenges organizations face, offering creative solutions to enhance awareness and deliver sustainable compliance and DEI programs.

Pitts has been recognized by Ethisphere as one of its Attorneys Who Matter and was shortlisted for Chief Compliance Officer of the Year – Large Company. She is a featured expert and speaker for organizations including EQS Group, AllBright, Convercent by One Trust, the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics, Ethisphere, Lead360, the International Bar Association, and Jindal Global Business School. Pitts has authored "Moments Add Up: Building a Culture One Meeting at a Time" in Ethisphere Magazine and "How Unconscious Bias Affects Your Speak-Up Arrangements" published by EQS. She also filmed a course titled "Developing Effective Emotional Resilience in the Workplace" for The AllBright Academy.

Pitts speaks at international conferences on topics such as creative approaches to compliance messaging, training and communication innovations that drive culture, and using storytelling and branding to create inclusive workplaces. She is known for making complex topics accessible and for constructively challenging belief systems to promote productive and inclusive thinking. Pitts hosts "The Ethintegrity Podcast with Nichole Pitts: A Safe Space for Brave Conversations," where she addresses issues including burnout, medical advocacy, and evolving definitions of success. Across her work in ethics, compliance, and DEI, Pitts continues to shape the conversation around ethical and inclusive leadership.
