Nesha Pai is the keynote speaker who teaches high-achievers to stop settling — not just in their goals, but in their standards, their decisions, and what they're willing to accept. She's not a motivational speaker. She's a standard-setter. With 15+ years as a CPA and entrepreneur — and a personal story that includes cancer, loss, and radical reinvention — she brings the rare combination of real business authority and transformational storytelling that creates lasting audience change. In 2011, she launched Pai CPA, PLLC from her kitchen table with one client. Today, the firm serves 75+ clients, operates fully remote, and has been a home for stay-at-home moms from the start — all built as a single mom and sole owner.
In January 2020, she published "Overcoming Ordinary Obstacles," which won the American Book Fest Award in Multicultural Non-Fiction. In 2026, Pai was an award recipient of the Charlotte Business Journal Women in Business Award.
