Nesha Pai

Nesha Pai is the founder of Pai CPA, PLLC in Charlotte, NC. She began her career and cultivated her passion for helping businesses within the world-renowned accounting firm Arthur Andersen, and later within multiple, privately held Fortune 500 companies. She realized she had a strong pull towards the small business and entrepreneurial sector.

Pai started her accounting firm in 2011 and was one of the first in the industry to create a fully remote office model, along with giving employment opportunities to primarily to stay-at-home moms.

In January 2020 , Pai published her book “Overcoming Ordinary Obstacles”, which won the award in the Multicultural Non-Fiction category by the 2020 competition of the American Book Fest.

Pai is currently known as an international speaker, activating women and entrepreneurs to go boldly into the life of their dreams by cultivating the right tools to overcome the obstacles in their way.

She was named as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women of 2020 in the Mecklenburg Times and serves on the Boards of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance Foundation (, Dancing With the Stars Charlotte (focused on breast cancer and children’s organizations), and She Dreams in Color (mental health services for underrepresented women).
