Nausheen Saumtally

Nausheen Saumtally is an international speaker, trainer, and author specializing in leadership development, communication skills, and human behavior. Saumtally is the founder of Elevate Now, a training and coaching company, and serves as an empowerment speaker, trainer, and certified DISC behavioral analysis consultant. She is the author of "Revisiting Work-Life Balance," a resource focused on supporting professionals in achieving personal and professional growth. Saumtally develops and delivers training programs and keynote speeches for organizations and conferences, emphasizing a human-centered approach to leadership and communication.

During her corporate career at Microsoft, Saumtally held roles including business development manager, development partner and manager, account manager, and 4Afrika Education Intern - Student Ambassador Program owner. Her exposure to global training opportunities and mentorship in personal development increased her self-awareness and interest in the field. After a company reorganization resulted in a job loss, Saumtally pursued her passion for speaking, training, and leadership development, earning certification as a coach, speaker, and trainer from the Maxwell Leadership Team.

Following another job loss during the COVID-19 pandemic, Saumtally founded Elevate Now, allowing her to deliver leadership and communication training independently. She has served as a senior learning and development leadership facilitator at TD, where she specialized in enhancing team productivity and growth through workshops and coaching. Saumtally addresses organizational challenges such as ineffective communication, high workloads, burnout, and adapting to technological change through experiential learning and keynote speaking.

As a DISC behavioral analysis expert, Saumtally integrates this framework into her coaching to align individuals with their goals. Her background in business development at Microsoft and experience as a corporate coach and trainer with Cadence Leadership have enabled her to work with leaders globally, focusing on mindset, self-discovery, and communication.
