Bryant has led talent functions at major organizations, holding senior leadership roles at ZoomInfo, Netflix, ServiceTitan, and Warner Bros. Most recently, as Chief People and Culture Officer for the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, he spearheaded initiatives that enhanced learning, culture, and leadership effectiveness. His extensive experience makes him a trusted coach and advisor for organizations looking to maximize performance.

His leadership approach is further shaped by his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he led marines and developed skills in strategic leadership, discipline, and adaptability, practices he still leverages today in his coaching and consulting practices. Bryant is also a lifelong learner with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Certified in DISC, Hogan Personality Inventory, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Brain-Based Coaching, and Insights Discovery, he brings cutting-edge insights to every engagement while accelerating learning and impact in people’s lives.

Outside of work, Bryant enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, playing pick-up basketball, and learning to play the piano.
