Nancy Twine, the entrepreneurial force behind Briogeo Hair Care, has made significant strides in the beauty industry since the company's inception in 2013. Briogeo Hair Care, known for its clean, inclusive beauty products, is now a fast-growing brand found in prominent retail stores like Sephora, Nordstrom, and MECCA. Prior to this, Twine honed her business acumen at Goldman Sachs, an experience that undoubtedly equipped her with the skills to navigate the competitive world of entrepreneurship.

Twine's commitment to empowering others is evident in her manifold initiatives. She launched the Dream Makers Founder Grant, a $1M project designed to financially support and mentor female entrepreneurs, with a particular emphasis on aiding Black and BIPOC individuals in the consumer goods sector. Furthering this commitment, Twine established Makers Mindset, a platform dedicated to providing masterclasses, fostering community, and supplying resources for early-stage founders.

Her efforts in the beauty industry and beyond have earned her several notable accolades, including the Goldman Sachs Builders + Innovators Award and the CEW Female Founder Award. Twine also found a place in Inc.'s Female Founders 100. Her expertise is sought after in the industry, as evidenced by her advisory roles in Sephora Accelerate and the Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty™ Advisory Council. Moreover, she serves on the boards of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and Room to Grow, while continuously mentoring other founders with the aim of creating impact and uplifting the next generation of women entrepreneurs.
