Nancy Tengler

Nancy Tengler is an investment executive with more than four decades of experience in portfolio management and financial leadership. Tengler serves as chief executive officer and chief investment officer of Laffer Tengler Investments, overseeing active equity management research, portfolio management, and firm leadership. She began her investing career in the 1980s and has led investment teams through various market cycles, including bull and bear markets, speculative bubbles, and post-crisis recoveries. Tengler has held leadership roles such as chief investment officer at Heartland Financial, director at Arizona Bank & Trust, president, CEO, and CIO of Fremont Investment Advisors in San Francisco, and founder of Global Alliance Value Investors.
