Nancy Brown

Nancy Brown is a general partner at Oak HC/FT, specializing in growth equity and early-stage venture investments in the healthcare sector. Brown serves on the boards of companies including Firefly Health, Groups Recover Together, InterWell Health, Maven, Oshi Health, Regard, and Unite US, and is involved with Noom, TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions, and Wayspring. Her investment experience includes exits and public listings, demonstrating expertise in identifying and supporting healthcare ventures.

Before joining Oak HC/FT, Brown held leadership roles in healthcare management and technology. She served as vice president of strategy and business development at McKesson Corporation Technology Solutions and was chief growth officer at MedVentive, which was acquired by McKesson. Brown also held senior vice president positions at athenahealth and McKesson, and co-founded Abaton.com, a provider of internet-based clinical solutions. Her early experience at Harvard Community Health Plan provided operational and strategic insights that inform her approach to healthcare innovation.
