Naftali Schiff

Rabbi Naftali Schiff is the founder and Chief Executive of Jewish Futures, an international nonprofit, which creates, incubates and scales dynamic educational organizations and initiatives. Jewish Futures is a family of successful independent educational organizations, built by Schiff over the last 30 years, each of which is integral to ensuring vibrant Jewish futures. Through Schiff's vision, he has created Jewish Futures in order to enable young Jews to have a genuine, meaningful and active engagement with Jewish life.

Rabbi Schiff is also the Executive Director of Aish UK, inspiring young Jews to connect with their Judaism in a deep and meaningful way, to ensure a vibrant Jewish future.

Rabbi Schiff has been named by the Jewish Chronicle as one of the most influential Jews in the UK for portraying a multi-faceted approach to leadership as an influencer, an educator and a visionary.

His enterprise and leadership are widely recognized among educators, business leaders, politicians and philanthropists.

Raised in London, Rabbi Schiff studied in Yeshivat Hakotel in Jerusalem's Old City prior to graduating from the London School of Economics with a BSc (Econ) specializing in International Relations. He also saw active service with the Israel Defense Forces Givati unit after making Aliya. In Israel, he received Rabbinic ordination from the Jerusalem Rabbinate as well as a Diploma of Education from the Ministry of Education
