As a keynote speaker he has an impressive track record of over 1,000 talks and trainings across the United States, impacting over 50,000 lives. Mahmood specializes in unleashing the psychology of peak performance.

Advising Fortune 500 companies, executives, and entrepreneurs, Mahmood's expertise spans leadership, organizational behavior, psychology of achievement, mental resilience, and sales mastery. Mahmood graduated with honors from New York University and played on the basketball team. When he is not traveling to speak around the world, he enjoys being with family and friends, reading books, playing sports, surfing and diving in the ocean, and volunteering.

He resides in Puerto Rico and Los Angeles with his partner, Josefina Bashout, as they continue on their shared mission of inspiring people to achieve their fullest potential and realize their dreams.
