Nada Lena Nasserdeen is a thought leader, leadership and confidence coach, and advocate for personal and professional empowerment. She is the founder and CEO of Rise Up For You, a company that fosters personal and professional growth among individuals and organizations.

With more than 10 years of experience as a college professor and as a former executive in the education sector, Nasserdeen brings expertise in education, empowerment, and leadership development to her work with clients and audiences worldwide. She has toured internationally as a singer, holds a master's degree in executive leadership, and has coached and mentored nearly 100,000 individuals on self-empowerment, career strategy, and soft skills.

Nasserdeen's transition to coaching was influenced by her performing career, where she realized her passion lay in empowering and educating others. After her time as a performer, she moved into executive and educational leadership, serving as an executive at an education corporation and teaching at a community college. In these roles, she observed that even highly educated professionals often struggled with emotional intelligence, communication, stress management, self-confidence, and team leadership. These insights led her to build Rise Up For You into a global platform focused on developing human skills that are often overlooked in formal education.

As a two-time No. 1 best-selling author, Nasserdeen has written "Rise Up For You" and "Emotional Intelligence: The Path to Fulfillment, Influence, and Lasting Success." She is also the author of "Self-Confidence: How to Overcome the 'I'm Not Enough' Mindset."
